In October of 2016, Virginia Blanca Arrisueño founded Steadfast Supply. With her many years of experience in retail, wholesale, and producing markets and events, Arrisueño decided to develop a conceptual retail environment that would empower other independent designers and makers like herself in an engaging, creative and supportive retail setting.
Salt & Sundry, located at 1625 14th St NW, Washington, D.C. which is a 10 minute journey from home, is a trendy oasis for artisanal pantry items, plus a curated array of barware, linens and cookbooks.
Salt & Sundry is a home and lifestyle boutique featuring an eclectic mix of goods from independent makers and designers, both local and from across the globe. Founder Amanda McClements opened Salt & Sundry’s Union Market location in 2012 to share her passion for quality goods and entertaining. Since then, Salt & Sundry has grown with a second location in Logan Circle and a sister shop, Little Leaf, offering plants, paper goods and gifts.
